What if I need to cancel a booking I can no longer attend?

Adrian Yapp,

Our lead trainer, has a wealth of experience in the Utilities sector, working in the water and Gas industry since 1990 in roles including Direct labour, Supervisor, Project Manager, and operations Manager.

He is qualified to deliver SHEA (Water, Gas, and Core) training, SCO (1-5) and National water hygiene.

He has a CMS and ILM in Supervision and Management, along with IOSH qualifications, CDM training and CAVA level 3 Assessor.

Adrian is supported in his role by other fully qualified utility trainers.

Can I change the names of people attending the course?

Any changes to the attendees details would need to be done at least 48h before the course start time. Please visit our cancellation policy for more details.

plans?
